GF Victoria promotes the luxury and glamour of Tenerife Fashion Beach

GF Hoteles' Gran Lujo hotel collaborates with one of the most impressive fashion events of the year in Tenerife.

In its commitment to promoting local talent and strengthening the Costa Adeje destination, the GF Victoria 5*GL hotel has collaborated with Tenerife Fashion Beach Costa Adeje, one of the most prestigious fashion events of the year in the Canary Islands. This second edition, held from 15 to 20 October in the south of the island, has focused on offering proposals that combine the work of more established designers with the emergence of young talents from the archipelago.

An initiative promoted by the Cabildo de Tenerife and the Adeje Town Hall, which had the collaboration of several hotels in the area, including the new five-star luxury hotel of GF Hoteles, a hotel chain of the Fedola Group.

The event, which has established itself as a promotional reference for tourism and fashion on the island, was attended by Victoria López, general manager of GF Hotels, who highlighted the importance of this type of celebration because “they attract tourists who are looking for experiences that are distinguished by their glamour and exclusivity, very typical of a visitor willing to spend more at their destination.”

The main objectives of this event were to promote the combination of fashion and climate, to encourage marketing with dynamic actions for tourism and to strengthen synergies between the tourism and textile sectors in the area.

This statement represents one of the reasons why GF Hotels decided to take part in the promotion of this event. Along these lines, Victoria Lopez states that “tourists are the best ambassadors of our destination and therefore we have the duty to offer them the opportunity to discover the talent and quality that we have in the Canary Islands”. In addition, the concept of luxury and exclusive accommodation offered by GF Victoria combines with the glamour and distinction of the world of fashion.

This is a massive event that repeats the stage on the coast of the southern municipality, this time on the most prominent beaches of Costa Adeje; Playa Fañabé and Playa del Duque, where national and international designers and models and the most select of the Canarian catwalk were received.

The public was able to admire the swimwear collections of renowned brands such as Emprendemoda, Tenerife Moda and Gran Canaria Moda Cálida. The catwalk also featured a display of talent, thanks to the participation of personalities such as Eliad Cohen, Aída Artiles, Oliver Baggerman and Godeliv Van De Brandt.
